Your team was incredible on Saturday, it was a huge wedding and double our venue capacity and the caterers plus staff are therefore so important and they looked after us like we couldn’t have imagined, supported us and delivered the most amazing meals and night time catering, all with the most unbelievable attitude.
We didn’t hear one cross word or see any eye rolling which in your line of work, under pressure in a hot kitchen is truly remarkable.
We have let Nicole & Joe know how blown away we all were too and promised to pass our gratitude on so that your whole team gets to acknowledge just what an incredible wedding you helped to create on Saturday.
